How I Became a Builder
Before I moved to Lago Vista, Texas, I studied construction engineering at Pittsburg State University. I also have a Master Plumber license and a Real Estate License from Texas. The degree and the licenses enable me to run my own business and provide amazing results for each client.
Why I Love Lago Vista, Texas
Lago Vista, Texas, is a great place to live for many reasons. Since I built my first house here in 1984, I've seen Lago Vista grow into a fantastic place. It is close to Lake Travis and in the middle of Texas Hill Country. Lago Vista is also close to Austin, Texas, if you enjoy trips to the city. Call me to learn about the area.
How the Process Works
The great part about working with Hill Country Designs is that you are ensured support through the entire home-building process. I draw up the plans, fulfill all city requirements (e.g. building codes), and complete the certificate of occupancy. You just tell me what you need, and I make it happen.
